Remove the windscreen wipers. Remove the scuttle panel. Remove the pollen filter by releasing the 2 retaining clips. Undo the 2 retaining screws holding the resistor pack in place. Now fit the new resistor pack, and replace everything in reverse order. That should cure your heater problems.

13 posts · Joined 2011. #4 · Feb 28, 2012. hi all, on our -corsa 1.2, 54plate, we have heating problem's, ie; poor heating, i've changed the. thermostat and water-pump so far, all pipe's are very hot, but there's only warm air coming through on fan number's -1 to 2, any higher and it run's cool only, i've taken the o/s kick-board off.

Meriva = Corsa on steroids . No DPF = no worries. UEC = Underhood Electrical Centre - big fuse box under the bonnet. REC = Rear Electrical Centre
(3) Work the leather up so you expose the seat back. The heating element will be right there in the lower back section. Peel it off the cushion. (4) Follow the wires down under the seat and undo two plastic clips. (5) Stick the new element on and route the wires underneath and plug it back in. (6) Your seat heaters should work again.
