If me and 3 other friends could afford to pay for the 5 Unreal Tournament 2K3&4 servers @ $20/month for each ($100/month total) for a year then Activision can afford to pay for the dedicated servers for CoD at a hugely discounted bulk rate.

How do I create a dedicated server? I know how to port-forward i'm just confused on everything else. I can't find any tutorials that aren't TeknoMW3 or Plutonium, if you know about dedicated servers, help please. Much appreciated.
